Charter Oak lights up Walnut Hill Park

Walnut Hill Park is located near downtown New Britain.  It has two levels.  The larger being the lower having an open field ringed by trees and a walking path, this could be called a fitness park.  The walking path is heavily used.  In the Summer, there are people walking right up until the park closes at 11 pm (Ref: New Britain Traveler Article)

Charter Oak Utility Constructors, Inc. has been working diligently to install approximately 48 street lights around the perimeter of the walking path.  This will add to the numerous renovations going on at Walnut Hill Park and make the nighttime walkers feel safe at the park.
